Do you love the arts?

The Triangle Gallery of Visual Arts is recruiting Volunteers for the following positions:

Volunteer Coordinator:
There are two main roles of the Volunteer Coordinator. The primary role is to recruit, train, motivate, schedule, and supervise volunteers. The secondary role is to supervise the gallery during the regular business hours on Saturday from 12 noon to 4:00pm and when required.

Assistant to Gallery Administrator:
You will be helping out with a variety of office related tasks such making periodic member phone calls, writing letters, and up-dating the database. A great opportunity to enhance your administrative skills! (A minimum commitment of 3 hours a week required and must be available during regular business hours).

Docents/Gallery Attendant (Now Recruiting!):
You will be greeting visitors to the Gallery and informing them on the Gallery's current exhibition, as well as future exhibitions and special programs. If you are friendly and have knowledge of contemporary art, or simply want to learn more, please contact us.

Assistants to Exhibition Technician (Now Recruiting!):
You will be helping with the dismantling and installations of exhibitions. An excellent opportunity to learn, or practice your skills in setting up shows.

Exhibition Opening Night Servers/Greeters
(Now Recruiting!):
Hosts/hostesses to assist in the running a successful opening night reception. This includes helping in the setting out food, running the cash bar, welcoming and counting guests, and helping with general clean up afterwards. A great opportunity to meet those individuals involved in the arts!
